Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

Once an order is placed, please allow the following timeframes. All times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Order cut-off: You can order up to 10 PM (UK time) on a working day to have your order processed that day. Orders placed after 10 PM, on a Friday evening, or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipping time (processing): 1–3 working days from when your order is processed, before it is dispatched.
  • Transit time (delivery): Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–8 working days.
  • Total time: In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–11 working days of being placed.

Returns

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt. We do not provide a return label, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
