Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, please allow the following timeframes:
- Processing: 1–3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
- Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 8–12 working days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Iris & Grayson is designed to be as simple as possible.

- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your delivery address — please double check all details are correct
- Click Continue to Shipping
- Review your address and proceed to Payment
- Select your preferred payment method and click Complete Order
